稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Recombinant interferon alpha 1 (INFα1) is a type of cytokine belonging to the interferon family, which plays a crucial role in the immune response against viral infections, tumors, and other pathological conditions. Research on INFα1 has gained traction due to its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis, certain cancers, and multiple sclerosis. The recombinant form of INFα1 is produced using genetically engineered microorganisms, which allows for greater purity and consistency compared to natural extracts. Studies have shown that INFα1 exhibits antiviral, antiproliferative, and immunomodulatory effects, making it a candidate for enhancing immune responses in various clinical settings. Furthermore, advancements in biotechnology and molecular biology techniques have facilitated the optimization of recombinant protein expression, purification, and formulation, thus improving its efficacy and safety profile. As researchers continue to explore the mechanisms of action and therapeutic applications of INFα1, it remains at the forefront of immunotherapy and offers promise for improving patient outcomes in infectious diseases and malignancies.
