稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The EDNRB gene encodes the endothelin receptor type B, which plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including vasodilation, neural crest development, and pigmentation. Mutations in the EDNRB gene have been linked to several disorders, particularly Hirschsprung's disease, which is characterized by a lack of nerve cells in the lower part of the intestine, leading to severe constipation and intestinal obstruction. Research into EDNRB recombinant proteins has gained attention due to their potential therapeutic applications. These proteins can serve as valuable tools for understanding the biological functions of the endothelin signaling pathway and assessing how variations in receptor activity contribute to disease mechanisms. Furthermore, the production of EDNRB recombinant proteins allows for the exploration of receptor interactions, ligand binding, and downstream signaling cascades in a controlled experimental setting. This research not only enhances our understanding of ENDRB-related pathologies but also aids in the development of targeted therapies aimed at modulating receptor activity in clinical settings. Progress in this field can lead to improved diagnostic markers and novel treatment strategies for conditions associated with endothelin dysregulation.
