Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KBTBD4 is a member of the Kelch repeat and BTB domain-containing protein family, implicated in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, signal transduction, and cell cycle regulation. Its role in developmental biology and disease, particularly in the context of neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, has drawn significant interest from researchers. Understanding the structure and function of KBTBD4 is crucial, as it may serve as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target. Recent studies indicate that KBTBD4 may interact with specific ubiquitin ligases, influencing protein turnover and cellular homeostasis. Researchers have focused on the recombinant expression and purification of KBTBD4 to facilitate detailed functional characterization and explore its interactions with other cellular proteins. By producing KBTBD4 in a controlled environment, scientists aim to elucidate its biological mechanisms and assess its potential roles in disease pathways, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies. This research could contribute to the understanding of protein regulation in human health and disease, highlighting the significance of KBTBD4 in cellular biology and its implications for targeted treatments in various medical conditions.
