稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
JRK (Jumonji domain-containing protein) is a multi-functional protein that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including gene regulation, DNA repair, and protein folding. Its unique structure, characterized by a Jumonji C (JmjC) domain, allows it to interact with a wide variety of molecular targets. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of JRK in maintaining genomic stability and its potential involvement in oncogenesis, as alterations in its expression or function have been associated with several types of cancer. The reconstitution of JRK protein through recombinant DNA technology has become a focal point of research, as it enables the exploration of its biochemical properties and elucidation of its specific roles within cellular pathways. By producing JRK in a controlled laboratory environment, researchers aim to better understand its mechanism of action and potential therapeutic applications, particularly in cancer treatment and other diseases linked to cellular stress responses. The ongoing research around the characterization and functional analysis of JRK not only enhances our grasp of cellular biology but also opens avenues for novel intervention strategies in oncology and regenerative medicine.
