Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of JMY (Junction Mediating and Regulatory Protein) recombinant protein has gained significant interest due to its crucial role in cellular processes such as cytoskeletal dynamics and cell motility. JMY is known to interact with actin and other key proteins, functioning as a multifunctional regulator that influences the formation of lamellipodia and other cellular structures essential for cell migration and shape changes. Research into JMY recombinant protein is vital for understanding its implications in various biological phenomena, including wound healing, immune responses, and cancer metastasis. Overexpression or dysfunction of JMY has been linked to several pathophysiological conditions, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. The ability to produce JMY in a recombinant form allows for detailed biochemical characterization and functional assays, which are essential for unraveling its mechanisms of action. Furthermore, insights gained from studies of JMY recombinant protein can lead to the development of novel strategies for treating diseases that involve aberrant cell movement and morphology. By elucidating the specific interactions and pathways associated with JMY, researchers hope to contribute to the broader field of cell biology and develop new clinical applications aimed at modulating cell behavior in various therapeutic contexts.
