Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-32 (IL-32) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that plays a crucial role in the immune response and has been linked to various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and certain cancers. Discovered in 2005, IL-32 is secreted by various immune cells, such as T cells, natural killer cells, and monocytes, and it influences the production of other cytokines, promoting inflammation. Due to its significant involvement in inflammatory processes, IL-32 has become a target for therapeutic research aimed at modulating immune responses. The study of recombinant IL-32 protein is critical for understanding its biological functions, elucidating its signaling pathways, and developing potential treatments that could mitigate chronic inflammatory conditions. Recombinant production allows for the generation of pure IL-32 for in vitro and in vivo applications, facilitating the exploration of its effects on immune cells and its potential as a biomarker for disease progression. As research progresses, IL-32's role in various pathologies may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies, indicating its potential as a biomarker and a therapeutic target in diseases characterized by dysregulated immune responses. Overall, the ongoing investigation of IL-32 and its recombinant protein form is essential for advancing our knowledge of cytokine biology and for the development of innovative approaches to manage inflammatory diseases.
