Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IVNS1ABP, or Influenza Virus NS1-Associated Protein, is a vital component in the study of viral pathogenesis and host immune response. Originally discovered as a cellular protein that interacts with the NS1 protein of the influenza virus, IVNS1ABP plays a significant role in modulating host cell responses during viral infection. The influenza NS1 protein is known for its ability to inhibit the host's innate immune response, allowing the virus to replicate efficiently. By studying IVNS1ABP, researchers aim to uncover its functional implications in the viral life cycle and its influence on the host immune environment. Understanding the interactions between IVNS1ABP and NS1 may reveal potential therapeutic targets for antiviral drugs, as manipulating this interaction could enhance host defenses against influenza virus infection. Given the global impact of influenza on public health, particularly during seasonal outbreaks and pandemics, research into IVNS1ABP's role in viral pathogenesis is critical for the development of effective vaccines and treatment strategies. In this context, recombinant protein studies of IVNS1ABP serve not only to elucidate its mechanistic functions but also to pave the way for advancing our understanding of host-pathogen interactions in viral infections.
