Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITGB4BP, also known as integrin beta 4 binding protein, has garnered attention in recent years due to its pivotal role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. As an essential component of the integrin family, ITGB4BP interacts with integrin beta 4, influencing cellular functions and tissue integrity, particularly in epithelial cells. Dysregulation of this protein has been implicated in various pathologies, including cancer, where aberrant cell adhesion and migration contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. Research into the recombinant expression of ITGB4BP provides insights into its structural and functional properties, enabling the exploration of its mechanisms of action in normal physiology and disease states. Additionally, recombinant ITGB4BP can serve as a valuable tool for therapeutic applications, including the development of targeted treatments that modulate integrin signaling pathways. Understanding the nuances of ITGB4BP's interactions and functions paves the way for novel interventions in diseases marked by integrin dysregulation, highlighting the importance of this protein in both health and disease contexts. Ongoing studies aim to elucidate the precise molecular mechanisms by which ITGB4BP operates, ultimately contributing to a comprehensive understanding of its role in cellular dynamics and potential therapeutic strategies.
