Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IGFLR1, or Insulin-like Growth Factor Like Receptor 1, is a member of the insulin receptor family that plays a crucial role in cellular growth, differentiation, and survival. The receptor’s structure and function have garnered attention due to its involvement in various physiological processes and its potential implications in diseases such as cancer and metabolic disorders. Recent studies suggest that IGFLR1 may modulate insulin-like growth factor (IGF) signaling pathways, which are important in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis. This has prompted research into the reconstitution and characterization of IGFLR1 as a recombinant protein to better understand its biological functions, signaling mechanisms, and interactions with ligands. The production of IGFLR1 as a recombinant protein allows for in-depth investigations into its role in health and disease, enabling researchers to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of IGFLR1 not only expands our knowledge of insulin receptor family members but also opens avenues for developing novel strategies in treating IGF-related disorders. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of IGFLR1 through recombinant protein studies could lead to innovative approaches in regenerative medicine and cancer therapeutics.
