稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL6, also known as ribosomal protein L6, is a crucial component of the ribosome, playing a significant role in protein synthesis and cellular function. Recent research has highlighted its involvement not only in ribosomal assembly but also in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Overexpression or mutation of RPL6 has been associated with several cancers, suggesting that it may serve as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target. The study of RPL6 recombinant protein has garnered attention as it allows for in-depth investigations into its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components. By producing RPL6 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its role in ribosome assembly and its regulatory functions in cancer biology. Additionally, understanding RPL6's molecular mechanisms could provide insights into therapeutic strategies for targeting malignant cells. Overall, the research into RPL6 recombinant protein is pivotal for unveiling the complexities of ribosomal function and its implications in human disease.
