Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITGB1BP1, also known as Integrin Beta 1 Binding Protein 1, has emerged as a significant protein in cellular biology due to its role in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and signaling pathways. This protein interacts with integrin β1, influencing cell attachment to the extracellular matrix and impacting cellular responses to environmental stimuli. Research has shown that ITGB1BP1 is involved in critical biological functions, such as tissue development, wound healing, and tumor progression. Alterations in its expression levels have been associated with various diseases, including cancer metastasis and autoimmune disorders. The recombinant expression and purification of ITGB1BP1 are vital for studying its biochemical properties and understanding its functional mechanisms at the molecular level. This research contributes to establishing ITGB1BP1 as a potential therapeutic target or biomarker in diseases linked to integrin signaling pathways. Continued investigation into the structural and functional dynamics of this protein could uncover novel insights into its role in cellular mechanisms and disease states, paving the way for new interventions or treatments.
