稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IGFBP6 (Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 6) is a member of the IGFBP family that plays a critical role in regulating the biological effects of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs), which are essential for growth and development. The significance of IGFBP6 has gained attention due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and tumorigenesis. Research indicates that IGFBP6 can modulate IGF activity by either inhibiting or enhancing IGF signaling, which suggests its potential regulatory role in cancer biology, particularly in the context of different tumors. Furthermore, IGFBP6 is expressed in various tissues, indicating its multifunctional nature in development, metabolism, and disease states. The recombinant protein has been of particular interest for its potential therapeutic applications, as understanding the mechanisms of IGFBP6 can provide insights into targeted treatments for diseases where IGF signaling is dysregulated. Therefore, the recombinant production of IGFBP6 facilitates detailed studies into its structure-function relationships, interactions with IGFs, and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic agent in conditions such as cancer and metabolic disorders. Researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing IGFBP6 at a molecular level, elucidating its pathways, and exploring how its modulation can lead to innovative treatment strategies, making it a promising target for future biomedical research.
