Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of IQCC (IscQ, IscS, and CcmE) recombinant proteins has emerged as a significant area of interest due to their pivotal role in the biogenesis of iron-sulfur (Fe-S) clusters, which are essential cofactors for a variety of enzymes involved in crucial metabolic processes. Fe-S clusters are vital for cellular respiration, DNA repair, and various redox reactions, and their dysfunction is linked to numerous diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. Research into IQCC proteins has been driven by the need to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying Fe-S cluster assembly and the intricate interactions involved in this process. By expressing and purifying recombinant IQCC proteins, scientists can dissect their structural and functional properties, providing insights into their enzymatic activity and regulatory functions within cells. Furthermore, the study of these proteins has implications in biotechnology, where harnessing their assembly capabilities can lead to advancements in synthetic biology and bioengineering applications. Overall, IQCC recombinant protein research not only contributes to our fundamental understanding of cellular biochemistry but also opens avenues for innovative therapeutic strategies and industrial applications.
