Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INTS9, a crucial component of the integrator complex, plays a significant role in the transcriptional regulation and processing of non-coding RNAs, particularly in the maturation of small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs). The integrator complex, to which INTS9 belongs, is essential for the transcriptional termination of certain RNA polymerase II transcripts and is involved in various cellular processes, including gene expression regulation and mRNA processing. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of INTS9 in the context of several diseases, including cancer, where its dysregulation has been implicated in disrupting normal cellular function. Understanding the structure and function of INTS9 is vital for elucidating its role in these pathways and could provide insights into potential therapeutic targets. By exploring INTS9 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to understand its biochemical properties, interactions with other protein partners, and the mechanisms through which it influences RNA processing. This research not only enhances our knowledge of gene expression regulation but also opens avenues for developing novel strategies to modulate its activity in disease contexts. The development of INTS9 recombinant protein thus serves as a pivotal step towards uncovering the intricate network of gene regulatory processes and their impact on cellular health and disease.
