Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of cdtA recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential applications in various fields, including biotechnology and medicine. CdtA, part of the Cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) family, plays a crucial role in regulating the cell cycle, particularly in controlling the transition from the G1 phase to the S phase. Researchers have been focusing on understanding the structure and function of cdtA to unveil its mechanisms and interactions within the cellular environment. The recombinant expression of cdtA allows for the detailed study of its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and its regulatory functions in cell division. Additionally, understanding cdtA's role in the pathogenesis of certain diseases, including cancer, could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. By utilizing advanced techniques such as molecular cloning, protein purification, and structural analysis, scientists aim to elucidate cdtA's functionality and its potential as a target for drug development. The findings from cdtA research not only enhance our fundamental knowledge of cell cycle regulation but also hold promise for advancements in targeted therapies and the development of biomarkers for disease diagnosis.
