Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Raf-1, also known as RAF proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase, is a critical component of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, which plays a pivotal role in regulating cellular processes such as growth, division, and survival. Research on Raf-1 has gained considerable attention due to its involvement in various cancers; mutations or aberrant activation of Raf-1 are linked to tumorigenesis, making it a potential therapeutic target. The investigation of Raf-1 recombinant proteins is aimed at understanding its structure, function, and interaction with other signaling molecules. By employing techniques such as site-directed mutagenesis and protein purification, researchers can create specific Raf-1 variants to delineate its enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms. The production of Raf-1 recombinant proteins also facilitates the development of targeted inhibitors and therapeutic strategies for Raf-1-driven malignancies, thus holding promise for novel cancer treatments. Overall, the study of Raf-1 recombinant proteins is essential for elucidating the molecular underpinnings of cancer and advancing targeted therapies.
