Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Hemoglobin-producing human globin (HPGD) is a vital protein involved in the regulation of heme metabolism and plays a significant role in various physiological processes, including oxygen transport and cellular respiration. Recent research has highlighted the importance of HPGD in pathological conditions such as cardiovascular diseases and sickle cell anemia, where disturbances in heme levels can lead to severe complications. Recombinant HPGD protein has emerged as a valuable tool for studying the functional characteristics of this globin, allowing researchers to explore its biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular components, and potential therapeutic applications. By producing HPGD in a laboratory setting, scientists can analyze its structure and function in detail, paving the way for novel treatments that target heme-related disorders. The use of recombinant technology not only facilitates a deeper understanding of HPGD's role in human health but also holds promise for the development of biosensors and targeted drug delivery systems. As such, the ongoing research on HPGD recombinant proteins is crucial for advancing our knowledge of heme biology and improving therapeutic strategies for diseases linked to heme dysregulation.
