稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-29, also known as Interleukin-29, is a member of the type III interferon family, playing a critical role in the immune response against viral infections. Research into IL-29 has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications in various diseases, particularly viral infections and autoimmune disorders. Unlike other interferons, IL-29 exerts its effects primarily through the activation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, leading to the expression of numerous antiviral and immunomodulatory genes. Its ability to enhance the antiviral activity of epithelial cells and other immune cells makes it a valuable candidate in treatments for infections like hepatitis C and influenza. Furthermore, studies have demonstrated that IL-29 can modulate inflammatory responses, suggesting its utility in conditions characterized by excessive inflammation. Despite these promising attributes, the production of recombinant IL-29 for research and therapeutic purposes has posed challenges, necessitating advancements in expression systems and purification techniques. Understanding the precise mechanisms by which IL-29 activates immune responses and its interactions with other cytokines will be crucial for developing targeted therapies. Thus, continued research on IL-29 not only contributes to our understanding of innate immunity but also opens new avenues for clinical applications in infectious and autoimmune diseases.
