稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HIV-1 p24 recombinant protein is a crucial component in the study of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), particularly in understanding its structure and function. The p24 protein is a core structural protein of the HIV-1 virus, playing an essential role in the formation and stability of the viral core. Research on p24 is vital because it is a principal target for both the immune response in infected individuals and the development of therapeutics and diagnostics. The study of this recombinant protein has paved the way for advancements in vaccine development, as it can elicit potent immune responses. Additionally, p24 is commonly used in assays to monitor viral load in HIV-infected patients, making it an invaluable biomarker in clinical settings. Given the global impact of HIV/AIDS, understanding the properties and behavior of the p24 protein can contribute significantly to the development of effective antiviral strategies and improve the overall management of the disease. Consequently, ongoing research focuses on characterizing the immunogenicity of p24, investigating its potential as a vaccine candidate, and exploring novel therapeutic approaches that target this viral protein.
