稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CK17, also known as Cytokeratin 17, is a member of the keratin family of proteins, which play a crucial role in the structural integrity and function of epithelial cells. Research into CK17 has gained momentum due to its significant involvement in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and the response to injury and inflammation. Notably, CK17 is upregulated in several pathological conditions, such as psoriasis, lichen planus, and certain types of carcinomas, making it a valuable biomarker for disease diagnosis and prognosis. Additionally, CK17 is implicated in the regulation of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), a critical process in cancer metastasis. The study of recombinant CK17 proteins has provided insights into their functional roles and interactions within the cellular environment. Advancements in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the production of CK17 in vitro, allowing researchers to investigate its properties and potential therapeutic applications. By understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying CK17 expression and regulation, scientists aim to develop targeted therapies that could mitigate the effects of diseases associated with altered CK17 levels. Overall, the study of CK17 recombinant proteins not only enhances the understanding of epithelial biology but also opens avenues for developing clinical tools for early diagnosis and innovative treatments for epithelial-related diseases.
