Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD10, also known as neprilysin, is a cell surface metalloendopeptidase that plays a crucial role in the regulation of various biological processes, including cell signaling, immune response, and tumor progression. It is involved in the degradation of peptide substrates, such as neuropeptides and cytokines, thereby influencing their availability and activity in the extracellular environment. The study of CD10 has gained prominence in recent years due to its association with various clinical conditions, including cancer, where its expression levels can correlate with tumor aggressiveness and patient prognosis. Additionally, research has identified CD10 as a potential therapeutic target, as inhibiting its activity may enhance the efficacy of certain cancer treatments. The development of recombinant CD10 proteins serves as a valuable tool for further understanding its biological functions and therapeutic potential. By producing CD10 in a recombinant system, researchers can study its enzymatic properties, interactions with substrates, and effects on cellular pathways in a controlled manner. This research not only contributes to the basic understanding of CD10's role in physiology and disease but also paves the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting CD10 in various pathological conditions. Thus, the exploration of CD10 recombinant proteins is essential for advancing our knowledge of its mechanisms and for harnessing its potential in clinical applications.
