稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HAO1, or HAO1 protein, plays a crucial role in cellular metabolism and has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its involvement in various physiological processes. This protein is an enzyme that participates in the oxidative stress response by catalyzing the conversion of hydroxylamines to aldehydes, thus mitigating the potential damage caused by reactive oxygen species (ROS). Research has shown that dysregulation of HAO1 expression is linked to several pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. The study of HAO1 recombinant protein is vital for understanding its structure-function relationships, enzymatic mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, the ability to produce HAO1 in a recombinant form allows for detailed biochemical characterization and the exploration of its therapeutic potential. As researchers continue to elucidate the biological significance of HAO1, the insights gained may pave the way for targeted interventions in diseases associated with oxidative stress and cellular dysfunction. Understanding HAO1's role at a molecular level may also contribute to the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches aimed at enhancing cellular resilience against oxidative damage. This increasing body of knowledge positions HAO1 at the forefront of metabolic research, underscoring its importance in both basic biology and clinical applications.
