Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD90, also known as Thy-1, is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein that is expressed on various cell types, including T cells and neural stem cells, playing critical roles in cell adhesion, signaling, and immune responses. Its expression profile makes CD90 a valuable marker for identifying specific cell populations in both normal and pathological states. Research has increasingly focused on recombinant CD90 proteins due to their potential therapeutic applications in regenerative medicine, cancer immunotherapy, and stem cell biology. Recombinant technology allows for the production of CD90 proteins with precise modifications, facilitating studies on their structure-function relationships and interactions with other molecules. Understanding the role of CD90 in cellular processes such as differentiation, migration, and immune modulation can offer insights into its functions in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and tumors. Moreover, the development of CD90-based biologics could enhance the efficacy of adoptive cell transfer therapies and promote tissue regeneration. The growing interest in CD90 research highlights the need for standardized production methods and functional assays to assess the bioactivity of recombinant CD90 proteins, paving the way for their potential clinical applications.
