Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NLP7, a member of the necrosis and ethylene-inducing peptide 1 (NLP) family of proteins, has garnered significant interest within the field of plant biology and molecular pathogenesis due to its role in plant-microbe interactions. This protein is known to be secreted by certain plant pathogens, contributing to the induction of necrosis and defense responses in host plants. Researchers have increasingly focused on the mechanisms through which NLP7, as a signaling molecule, influences plant immunity and stress responses. The interest in NLP7 is fueled by its potential applications in enhancing crop resistance against pathogens, which is crucial for sustainable agriculture in the face of global food security challenges. Understanding the structure and functional dynamics of NLP7 can lead to insights into its interactions with plant receptors and the downstream signaling pathways that mediate plant defense responses. As a result, NLP7 represents a promising target for biotechnological innovations that aim to engineer disease-resistant plant varieties, thereby reducing reliance on chemical pesticides and promoting environmentally friendly farming practices. This makes NLP7 not only a pivotal component in the study of plant immunity but also a key element in the quest for sustainable agricultural solutions.
