稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IREM1 (Immunoglobulin Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells 1) is an important regulatory protein primarily expressed in myeloid cells, playing a crucial role in the immune response. Its function involves modulating signaling pathways and influencing the development and activation of immune cells. The study of IREM1 is significant due to its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infections. Recent research has highlighted IREM1's role in immune evasion mechanisms employed by tumors, suggesting that it may contribute to the suppression of anti-tumor immunity. Furthermore, understanding IREM1 interactions with other cell surface receptors and its signaling pathways could provide insights into therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing immune responses. The recombinant expression of IREM1 allows for the study of its structure-function relationships, interactions with ligands, and potential as a biomarker for disease progression or therapeutic targets. Overall, the exploration of IREM1 as a research subject not only deepens our understanding of immune regulation but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic interventions in treating various immune-related conditions.
