Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HNRPDL, or heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein D-like, is a member of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) family, which plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism, including splicing, transport, and stability. Research into HNRPDL has garnered attention due to its involvement in key cellular processes and its potential implications in various diseases, particularly cancer. Dysregulation of hnRNP proteins, including HNRPDL, has been linked to the aberrant expression of genes associated with tumor progression and metastasis. Studies have shown that HNRPDL participates in the regulation of pre-mRNA splicing, impacting the production of mRNA variants that may contribute to oncogenic pathways. Furthermore, its expression levels have been correlated with patient prognosis in several malignancies, suggesting that HNRPDL may serve as a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis or therapy. The reconstitution of HNRPDL as a recombinant protein offers a vital tool for understanding its biochemical properties, interactions, and functional roles in RNA processing. This research is crucial for elucidating the mechanisms by which HNRPDL influences gene expression and contributes to disease states, and for exploring its potential as a therapeutic target or diagnostic marker in oncology.
