稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) is a crucial immune checkpoint protein that plays a significant role in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in the context of cancer. By interacting with its receptor, PD-1, PD-L1 inhibits T-cell activation and promotes immune tolerance, allowing tumors to evade immune detection. The dysregulation of PD-L1 expression is associated with various cancers, leading to the development of immune checkpoint inhibitors that block this interaction and enhance anti-tumor immunity. Research on recombinant PD-L1 proteins has gained momentum as these proteins serve as valuable tools for understanding the biology of the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, developing novel therapeutic strategies, and generating specific antibodies. Additionally, recombinant PD-L1 proteins can be used in vaccine formulations to stimulate immune responses against tumors expressing PD-L1. The ongoing exploration of PD-L1 as a therapeutic target has not only reshaped cancer immunotherapy but has also provided insights into the broader mechanisms of immune regulation and potential applications in autoimmune diseases. As our understanding of PD-L1 biology evolves, the development of sophisticated recombinant proteins and their applications in both diagnostic and therapeutic contexts will continue to be a vital area of research in oncology and immunology.
