稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CK15, or Cytokeratin 15, is a type of intermediate filament protein predominantly expressed in the basal layer of epithelial tissues, particularly in the skin and hair follicles. The study of CK15 has garnered attention due to its critical role as a marker for pluripotent stem cells and its involvement in various pathological conditions, including skin disorders and cancer. Research indicates that CK15 contributes to the integrity and function of epithelial tissues, being essential for cellular differentiation and proliferation. In the context of regenerative medicine, CK15 has been utilized as a potential biomarker for identifying stem cells with regenerative capabilities. Additionally, studies have demonstrated that variations in CK15 expression may correlate with certain diseases, making it a candidate for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. The recombinant production of CK15 protein allows for the detailed study of its biochemical properties and interactions at a molecular level, facilitating the understanding of its role in normal physiology and disease states. Ongoing research aims to elucidate the precise mechanisms by which CK15 influences epithelial cell behavior and to explore its potential as a target for therapeutic interventions in skin regeneration and cancer treatment. Overall, the investigation of CK15 as a recombinant protein holds promise for advancing knowledge in cell biology and developing innovative strategies for tackling epithelial-related diseases.
