稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CK2, or Casein Kinase 2, is a serine/threonine protein kinase that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, survival, and gene expression. Due to its ubiquitous nature and involvement in critical signaling pathways, CK2 has garnered significant attention in cancer research, as its overexpression or hyperactivity is often associated with tumor progression and resistance to therapy. Studies have shown that CK2 phosphorylates numerous proteins, thereby modulating their activity and stability. The complexity of CK2’s regulatory mechanisms necessitates a deeper understanding of its structure and function. Research utilizing recombinant CK2 protein has enabled scientists to explore its biochemical properties, substrate specificity, and potential as a therapeutic target. Advances in recombinant DNA technology and protein expression systems have facilitated the production of CK2 in various model organisms, allowing for detailed kinetic analyses and structural studies. This research not only sheds light on CK2's role in oncogenesis but also opens avenues for the development of CK2 inhibitors as novel cancer therapies. By studying the protein in detail, researchers aim to unravel its multifaceted functions and enhance our understanding of its impact on cell biology and disease.
