Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-23A, a subunit of the interleukin-23 (IL-23) cytokine, plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses, particularly in chronic inflammatory diseases and autoimmune conditions. Its importance in Th17 cell differentiation has made it a focal point in research related to conditions such as psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. Understanding the structure and function of recombinant IL-23A protein is pivotal for developing therapeutic strategies targeted at modulating immune responses. The advancement of recombinant DNA technology has enabled the production of IL-23A in sufficient quantities for both preclinical and clinical studies. Researchers aim to elucidate its mechanisms of action, potential biomarkers for disease progression, and its role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory disorders. Furthermore, recombinant IL-23A is instrumental for studying receptor interaction and signaling pathways, contributing to the development of biologics that inhibit its action and mitigate disease symptoms. Overall, the exploration of IL-23A serves to enhance our understanding of immune dysregulation and to inform novel therapeutic approaches for treating complex inflammatory conditions.
