Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HIST1H3D is a gene that encodes a variant of histone H3, a core component of the nucleosome, which plays a critical role in the packaging of DNA into chromatin and in the regulation of gene expression. The study of HIST1H3D recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its implications in epigenetics and cellular processes. Aberrant modifications of histones, including mutations in genes like HIST1H3D, have been associated with various cancers and developmental disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding its structure and function. Recent research has focused on the production of recombinant HIST1H3D proteins to facilitate studies on post-translational modifications, protein-protein interactions, and the role of histones in chromatin dynamics. By characterizing HIST1H3D, researchers aim to elucidate its specific contributions to chromatin structure, gene regulation, and potential impacts on cellular behavior in health and disease. The recombinant protein's production allows for detailed biochemical assays and structural analyses, which are essential for uncovering the mechanisms by which histones influence transcriptional activity and cellular identity. This research not only enhances our fundamental understanding of chromatin biology but also paves the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting histone modifications in various diseases, particularly in oncology. Through the study of HIST1H3D and its recombinant forms, scientists are working to establish a clearer connection between histone dynamics and their functional consequences in the broader context of gene regulation and cell fate determination.
