Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HIST1H2BE is a member of the histone H2B family, specifically associated with the nucleosome structure, playing a crucial role in chromatin organization and gene regulation. Histones are fundamental proteins that package and order DNA into structural units called nucleosomes, which are essential for DNA compaction and regulation of gene expression. The study of HIST1H2BE and its recombinant protein has gained traction due to its implications in various biological processes, including DNA repair, replication, and transcriptional regulation. Abnormalities in histone expression and modification have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, making this protein a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Furthermore, recombinant HIST1H2BE protein serves as a valuable tool in diverse applications, such as structural studies of histone-DNA interactions, biochemical assays, and the development of epigenetic drugs. Researchers are particularly interested in understanding how variations in HIST1H2BE expression might influence cellular functions and contribute to pathological states. The recombinant version of this histone allows for advanced experimental designs aimed at revealing its specific functions and interactions within the chromatin landscape. This research is instrumental in elucidating the complex mechanisms of epigenetic regulation and advancing our understanding of cellular differentiation and disease pathology.
