Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PKBg recombinant protein is situated within the broader context of understanding protein kinases and their role in cellular signaling pathways. Protein kinases are essential enzymes that catalyze the transfer of phosphate groups from ATP to specific amino acids in proteins, a process critical for the regulation of various cellular functions, including cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism. PKBg, a member of the protein kinase family, has garnered attention due to its involvement in several pathological conditions, such as cancer and metabolic disorders. The investigation of PKBg's structure and function through recombinant protein technology allows for detailed insights into its enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms. By expressing and purifying PKBg in a host system, researchers can study its interaction with substrates and inhibitors, contributing to the development of targeted therapeutic strategies. Additionally, understanding the molecular basis of PKBg’s role in signaling cascades can pave the way for innovative approaches to combat diseases associated with dysregulation of this kinase. This research not only enhances our knowledge of PKBg but also provides a foundation for potential drug discovery and the design of novel therapeutic compounds aimed at modulating its activity.
