稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GIMAP5 (GTPase of immunity-associated proteins 5) is a member of the GIMAP family, which plays a crucial role in regulating lymphocyte development and functions. This protein is primarily expressed in immune cells, where it is implicated in processes such as cell proliferation, survival, and apoptosis. Research has shown that GIMAP5 is involved in maintaining T cell homeostasis and is associated with various autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiencies, suggesting its importance in immune system regulation. The functional characterization of GIMAP5 is essential for understanding its role in the immune response and potential contributions to pathologies. Recombination techniques have been employed to produce GIMAP5 in overexpression systems, allowing for the examination of its biochemical properties, interaction partners, and signaling pathways. Such studies can elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which GIMAP5 influences lymphocyte function and may reveal new therapeutic targets for diseases linked to immune dysregulation. Overall, the research into GIMAP5 and its recombinant protein forms provides valuable insights into the intricate relationships between immune cell signaling and disease susceptibility.
