Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATF7IP2 (Activating Transcription Factor 7 Interacting Protein 2) is a member of the ATF family, which plays a crucial role in cellular response to stress and regulation of gene expression. Recent studies have highlighted ATF7IP2 as a significant player in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, immune responses, and metabolic regulation. The protein is known to interact with several transcription factors, enhancing their activity and influencing downstream target gene expression. Research indicates that aberrations in ATF7IP2 expression or function may contribute to the pathogenesis of multiple diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders. Given its pivotal role in cellular signaling pathways, producing recombinant ATF7IP2 protein has become essential for understanding its structure-function relationships and identifying potential therapeutic targets. Recombinant protein studies enable researchers to investigate the protein’s functional properties, binding affinity with other molecules, and its effects on transcriptional regulation in various cellular contexts. This research not only expands our understanding of ATF7IP2's biological significance but also paves the way for exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in disease states. The development of reliable expression systems for ATF7IP2, alongside advanced biochemical and biophysical characterization techniques, is crucial for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying its function and its role in human health and disease.
