Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PATL1 (Poly(A)-tail binding protein 1) is a critical protein involved in the regulation of mRNA stability and translation, playing a significant role in post-transcriptional gene expression. It binds to the poly(A) tail of mRNAs, facilitating their translation by interacting with other translation initiation factors and participating in cellular processes such as cell growth, differentiation, and response to stress. Research has shown that PATL1 is crucial in various biological contexts, including embryonic development and immune responses. Its dysregulation has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of PATL1 recombinant protein enables researchers to better understand its molecular mechanisms, interactions with other cellular components, and functional roles in mRNA metabolism. By producing PATL1 in vitro, scientists can investigate its properties, assess its interactions with RNA and other proteins, and explore potential applications in gene therapy and drug development. Understanding PATL1 at a molecular level could provide insights into novel strategies for manipulating gene expression in various contexts, making it a significant focus of modern molecular biology and biomedical research.
