Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HARSL (Human Arginine-Rich Splicing Protein Like) is a recently identified protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression through its involvement in pre-mRNA splicing and various cellular processes. Research into HARSL has gained significance due to its potential implications in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The protein’s structural features, characterized by the presence of arginine-rich domains, suggest its function in RNA binding and interaction with spliceosomal components. Given the central role of splicing in cellular regulation and the impact of splicing defects on human health, studying HARSL and its interactions is essential for developing therapeutic strategies. Scientists are exploring the biochemical properties of HARSL and its potential as a biomarker for disease progression. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of HARSL in suitable systems, allowing for detailed functional studies and exploration of its role in cellular processes. By elucidating the functions and regulatory mechanisms of HARSL, researchers aim to provide insights that could lead to novel approaches for targeting splicing-related diseases, thereby contributing to the broader field of molecular biology and therapeutic development.
