Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Gsdmdc1, or Gasdermin D C-terminal domain, is a member of the Gasdermin family of proteins, which are implicated in various biological processes, including inflammation and cell death. Recent research has highlighted Gsdmdc1's critical role in the mechanism of pyroptosis, a form of programmed cell death associated with inflammatory responses, particularly in the immune system. Understanding the structure and function of Gsdmdc1 can provide insights into its interactions with other proteins and its regulatory pathways, which may have significant implications for the treatment of diseases characterized by excessive inflammation or impaired cell death, such as autoimmune disorders and certain cancers. Moreover, recombinant proteins like Gsdmdc1 are essential tools in biochemical studies, enabling researchers to dissect the molecular mechanisms underlying its activity and to explore potential therapeutic targets. As researchers continue to investigate the functions and effects of Gsdmdc1 in cellular processes, the potential for developing novel anti-inflammatory therapies or cancer treatments may emerge, establishing Gsdmdc1 as a vital player in the field of biomedical research.
