Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GADD45GIP1, also known as Gadd45 gamma-induced protein 1, is a member of the GADD45 family, which plays a critical role in cellular stress responses, DNA repair, and cell cycle regulation. The GADD45 family is known to be involved in various physiological processes and has been linked to tumor suppression and the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases. Research into GADD45GIP1 has gained traction due to its potential implications in cancer biology, specifically its role in modulating cellular response to stress and mediating apoptotic pathways. Understanding the function of GADD45GIP1 at the molecular level can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target for cancer treatment and other diseases characterized by aberrant cell proliferation and stress responses. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of GADD45GIP1 in various model systems to elucidate its structure, functions, and interactions with other cellular proteins. Recombinant protein studies are essential for characterizing the biochemical properties of GADD45GIP1 and for exploring its role in dendritic cell function and T-cell activation. By investigating the recombinant protein, researchers aim to clarify the underlying mechanisms of GADD45GIP1 in maintaining cellular homeostasis, with the ultimate goal of developing novel therapeutic strategies that harness its properties for clinical applications. This research holds promise for advancing our understanding of cancer biology and improving treatment modalities for various diseases.
