稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPK2 (polyphosphate kinase 2) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the synthesis of polyphosphate, a linear polymer of inorganic phosphate. Understanding PPK2 is important due to its involvement in various biological processes, including stress response, biofilm formation, and bacterial virulence. This enzyme is found in several bacterial species, where it contributes to the regulation of cellular phosphate levels and energy metabolism. The study of PPK2 is particularly significant in the context of microbial ecology and biotechnology, as polyphosphate has been linked to biofertilization and wastewater treatment. Given its potential applications, researchers are investigating the expression and functional properties of recombinant PPK2 proteins obtained through molecular cloning techniques. By characterizing these proteins, scientists aim to unravel the enzyme's structural and catalytic mechanisms, which could lead to advancements in industrial processes and the development of novel antimicrobial strategies. Furthermore, understanding the regulation of PPK2 could reveal new insights into bacterial adaptation mechanisms under nutrient-limiting conditions. Overall, the research on recombinant PPK2 not only provides valuable information about its biological functions but also opens avenues for biotechnological innovation and environmental sustainability.
