稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GSX1, or Gsh homeobox 1, is a crucial transcription factor primarily expressed in the developing nervous system and plays a vital role in neurogenesis and cell differentiation. Research surrounding GSX1 has gained considerable attention due to its implications in various neurological disorders. Disruptions in GSX1 expression have been associated with conditions such as schizophrenia, epilepsy, and certain congenital brain malformations. As a homeobox gene, GSX1 is integral in establishing regional identities within the central nervous system, making it essential for proper brain development. Recent studies using recombinant protein technologies have allowed scientists to better understand the molecular mechanisms by which GSX1 regulates gene expression and influences neural progenitor cell behavior. The production of GSX1 recombinant protein provides a valuable tool for investigating its functional properties and interactions with other proteins in the signaling pathways involved in neuronal differentiation. Additionally, research on GSX1's expression patterns and regulatory networks may pave the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting neurodevelopmental disorders, highlighting the importance of this protein in developmental biology and neuroscience. This focus on GSX1 not only enhances our understanding of neural development but also opens avenues for innovative treatments aimed at correcting developmental abnormalities linked to its dysregulation.
