Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fc gamma receptor transmembrane (FcgRT) is a crucial receptor involved in the immune response, primarily mediating the binding of immunoglobulin G (IgG) to promote various effector functions. The study of FcgRT is particularly significant due to its role in modulating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP), which are vital mechanisms in tumor immunotherapy and combating infections. Researchers have focused on understanding the structure, function, and signaling pathways of FcgRT to leverage its potential for therapeutic applications. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production and purification of FcgRT, facilitating detailed studies on its interactions with antibodies and other immune components. Investigations have revealed that polymorphisms in FcgRT can influence susceptibility to diseases and therapeutic outcomes in patients receiving antibody-based therapies. Additionally, the receptor's ability to enhance the efficacy of monoclonal antibodies has sparked interest in developing FcgRT-targeted drugs and biologics. Overall, the research surrounding recombinant FcgRT proteins is paving the way for innovative strategies in immunotherapy, highlighting the need for continued exploration of its biological functions and clinical implications.
