Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GPRIN3, a member of the G protein-regulated inducer of neurite outgrowth (GPRIN) family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in neuronal development and signaling pathways. This protein is implicated in regulating neurogenic processes and may play a critical role in neuronal differentiation and synaptic plasticity. Research suggests that GPRIN3 may serve as a molecular switch in various signaling cascades, influencing cellular responses to external stimuli. Given its involvement in these fundamental biological processes, studying GPRIN3 and its recombinant forms is essential for understanding its function in the nervous system and its potential implications in neurodevelopmental disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. The production and characterization of GPRIN3 recombinant protein can facilitate a deeper investigation into its mechanistic roles and interactions with other proteins and pathways, paving the way for potential therapeutic targets in neurological conditions. This highlights the importance of GPRIN3 in cellular signaling and its relevance in neuroscience research, making it a valuable subject for further exploration in the context of brain health and disease.
