稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GPRC5C, a member of the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer progression and immune system regulation. Found primarily in the epithelial tissues, GPRC5C interacts with multiple signaling pathways, influencing cell proliferation and differentiation. Its expression has been associated with diverse cancers, making it a target of interest for therapeutic strategies. Investigating the recombinant form of GPRC5C enables researchers to explore its functional mechanisms, ligand binding capabilities, and downstream signaling pathways in a controlled environment. By generating and characterizing GPRC5C as a recombinant protein, scientists can better understand its role in tumor biology and identify potential biomarkers for diagnostic or prognostic purposes. Furthermore, studying this receptor may contribute to the development of novel therapeutic agents that can modulate its activity, providing new avenues for treatment in diseases where GPRC5C is implicated. Overall, the research surrounding GPRC5C recombinant protein is vital for elucidating its biological significance and therapeutic potential in cancer and other disorders.
