Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CHRD (Chordin-like protein) recombinant proteins has emerged from the growing interest in understanding the roles of extracellular matrix proteins in development and disease. CHRD is a member of the chordin family, known for its involvement in regulating morphogen signaling pathways, particularly during embryogenesis and tissue repair processes. As a vital antagonist of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs), CHRD plays a crucial role in regulating cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Recent research has underscored its significance in various physiological and pathological contexts, including organogenesis, cancer progression, and regenerative medicine. By expressing CHRD in recombinant forms, scientists can better dissect its functional properties, elucidate its mechanisms of action, and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Utilizing advanced biochemical and biophysical techniques to study CHRD proteins allows for the exploration of their structural characteristics and interactions with other signaling molecules. Furthermore, the development of recombinant CHRD proteins provides a platform for potential applications in tissue engineering and regenerative therapies, making it a promising avenue of investigation for future biomedical research.
