Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PIAS3 (Protein Inhibitor of Activated STAT3) is a member of the PIAS protein family that plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular processes, particularly in the context of the Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK/STAT) signaling pathway. This pathway is vital for mediating responses to cytokines and growth factors, influencing processes such as immune response, inflammation, and cell proliferation. Dysregulation of PIAS3 or the JAK/STAT pathway has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. The study of PIAS3 as a recombinant protein has gained attention due to its potential as a therapeutic target, offering insights into how it modulates STAT3 activity under physiological and pathological conditions. Research on PIAS3 recombinant protein facilitates a better understanding of its structure and function, aiding in elucidating its role in cellular signaling networks. Additionally, the ability to express PIAS3 as a recombinant protein allows for high-throughput screening of potential inhibitors or activators, which could lead to novel treatment strategies for diseases characterized by aberrant STAT3 signaling. Investigating the interactions of PIAS3 with other signaling molecules and its impact on gene expression further enhances our knowledge of its functional significance, paving the way for innovative therapeutic approaches targeting the PIAS3-STAT3 axis in various diseases.
