Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PIAS1 (Protein Inhibitor of Activated STAT1) is a crucial regulatory protein that plays a significant role in the signaling pathways of various cytokines, particularly in the context of immune responses and inflammation. It functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, which modulates the activity of transcription factors like STAT1 by promoting their ubiquitination and subsequent degradation, thereby influencing gene expression. Studies have shown that PIAS1 contributes to the negative regulation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, which is vital for the immune system's response to pathogens and stress signals. Given its importance in cellular signaling, PIAS1 has drawn considerable attention for its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and viral infections. The recombinant expression of PIAS1 allows researchers to explore its structural and functional properties, enabling the elucidation of its mechanism of action and identification of potential therapeutic targets. As the understanding of PIAS1's role in cellular signaling continues to evolve, the characterization of its recombinant protein provides insights that could lead to novel interventions in diseases driven by dysregulated immune responses. Hence, the study of PIAS1 recombinant protein not only augments our comprehension of immune regulation but also paves the way for innovative approaches in treating a spectrum of associated pathologies.
