Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Matrix metalloproteinase 19 (MMP19) is a member of the matrix metalloproteinase family, enzymes critical for extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling and tissue homeostasis. It plays a significant role in various physiological processes, including embryogenesis, wound healing, and inflammation, as well as pathological conditions such as cancer metastasis and arthritis. Dysregulation of MMP19 has been linked to various diseases, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target and a biomarker for diagnostic purposes. Research on recombinant MMP19 protein has gained traction as it facilitates the study of its structure-function relationship, enzymatic activity, and interaction with other ECM components. By producing MMP19 in a recombinant system, researchers can obtain sufficient quantities of the protein for biochemical assays and structural studies, thereby providing insights into its role in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Additionally, understanding the regulatory mechanisms governing MMP19 expression and activity could lead to novel therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with ECM remodeling. Thus, the investigation of MMP19 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of matrix biology and the development of targeted interventions in ECM-related diseases.
