Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NPR2 (Natriuretic Peptide Receptor 2) is a key player in the regulation of cardiovascular and renal functions due to its role in the natriuretic peptide signaling pathway. This receptor is primarily expressed in various tissues, including the kidneys and vascular smooth muscle, and is crucial for modulating blood pressure, fluid balance, and overall homeostasis. Research on NPR2 recombinant proteins has gained momentum as these proteins can serve as valuable tools for studying receptor function and signaling mechanisms. Additionally, NPR2 mutations are associated with various cardiovascular diseases and conditions like hypertension, making it an important target for therapeutic intervention. Investigating the structural and functional properties of NPR2 recombinant proteins aids in understanding the nuances of receptor signaling and its implications in disease. Furthermore, the production of NPR2 recombinant proteins facilitates the development of potential biomarkers and novel therapeutics, highlighting its significance in both basic and clinical research. Researchers are increasingly focused on the production, purification, and characterization of NPR2 recombinant proteins to explore their potential in drug discovery and to elucidate the complex physiological roles of this receptor in health and disease.
