Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GOLPH4, a member of the GOLPH family of proteins, plays a crucial role in the Golgi apparatus' structure and function, influencing vesicular transport and cellular signaling pathways. Research has highlighted its involvement in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, Golgi morphology, and cytoskeletal organization. Dysregulation of GOLPH4 has been implicated in several diseases, particularly cancers, where it appears to modulate tumor growth and progression through interactions with signaling molecules. Recent studies have focused on elucidating its mechanism of action and potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of GOLPH4 has facilitated detailed studies of its biochemical properties and interactions, providing insights into its functional roles. Understanding the structure-function relationship of GOLPH4 is pivotal for therapeutic strategies aimed at diseases associated with Golgi apparatus dysfunction. Consequently, the investigation of GOLPH4's recombinant proteins has become a vital area of research, aimed at leveraging its molecular characteristics for potential clinical applications.
